A big flat in the northern part of Milan, on which a deep refurbishment has been operated.
The whole layout has been revisited, providing a wide living room, a separated kitchen, two bathrooms, a master bedroom and a bedroom/studio.
In the living, characterised by a back wall in Avio blue and by the Silver Ring lamps, takes place a bookshelf composition with three closed elements as a TV support.
The kitchen is made out by a linear composition, with a series of wall-hung elements on its back, under which is placed the table. To give more colour and fantasy to the kitchen area, the walls are coated with a 20x20 decorated tile Memory decor by Cerim.
On the floor, both in kitchen and living room, as in the disengagement, has been used a porcelain stoneware in parquet-like finishing; Wooden Tile by Casa Dolce Casa, in the refined Almond tone.
The two bathrooms are separated by a 240cm high wall, leaving a transparent glass part, giving a natural light amount even to the blind bathroom.
For both bathrooms has been chosen as flooring and wall coating, Floorgres’ Buildtech series, which variety of colours, textures and surfaces, allows to create a huge amount of combinations.
The bedroom/studio is based on two areas, separated by a wardrobe going to the ceiling. One of the cabinets’ doors is hiding the passage between the studio area and the night area. Other characteristics is the horizontal bookshelf dividing the two beds and creating the necessary privacy.
